This movie might as well have been titled "Don't Look in the Mirror, America."
To those who have been looking at America in horror for the last 5-6 years, this movie is a release valve of all the pent up steam. If, like me, 5-6 years is too long to watch a slow motion horror movie, then watch this comedy which, like last Borat movie, gathers its ingredients from American culture.
And like the last Borat movie, there will be those Americans who "don't get the comedy" in this movie. For them, the movie should be titled "Don't Look in the Mirror" and these people, especially in the ones in the media writing reviews where they don't get the comedy are part of the comedy show. Add their reviews to the plot of the movie for more laughs after you're done with the movie.
Usually, satire exaggerates in order to make its point. That's not really necessary when our actual reality delivers news cycles that are more fantastical and absurd than the events in this movie. This movie is believable already and I predict that like "Idiocracy" it will become more and more prescient over time.
