Incredible book, especially during this hurting time in the hospitality industry. Thanks for Coming in Today provided all sorts of reminders for why we enjoy working in an incredible industry. Very glad I picked up this book after hearing author Charles Ryan Minton speak on a Zoom call. Every individual working in service industry whether retail, food and beverage or hospitality and everything in between, would benefit from reading this book! I read it at just the perfect time. Looking forward to reading his future books!
