Its moderately good but Little Singham needs a rival. A proper rival. That can spice up the show. Even kids shows need a little brightening up. What if there was a villain he COULDNT beat? I mean its okay but...it needs a little bit more. Thats why Japanese shows like Shin Chan and Doraemon are so popular. Also it needs character development. Every show does. A show where the character(s) stay the same forever quickly dies out.
