I’m not one to share my opinion online, but people have mixed opinions so i will give my honest opinion. I will try to be unbiased because I am not a fan of Addison Rae personally. I went into this movie with low expectations. This being just because of social media. When it comes to the plot of this movie. I’d say it was entertaining, but the way that they portrayed it was not the most appealing. I grew up with watching a lot of movies and i have seen a lot ranging from good to decent. The acting was a bit cheesy i will admit. As everyone has recognized Addisons acting was the main problem point of this movie. I will admit it has its flaws i feel as if, her acting wasn’t exactly ready for the big screen. Practice makes perfect. I’m not saying in anyway that she needed to be perfect. I feel as though she brought a lot of herself into her character, which for the idea is great. I personally think that the major problem wasn’t casting a Tiktok star a lead roll. It wasn’t a good idea though. Many people work hard to get where they are. They make it seem like it’s hard work, but it’s not. It’s luck. It’s not just the acting, It’s also the characters were a bit of a problem. In the beginning i felt as though Padgett Sawyer was conceited she was worried a lot about herself and her self image. As the movie progressed she seemed genuinely like a nice person. As for Cameron he is just your typical “i don’t care” kind of guy. I had no problems with the character himself. It’s his “design” I have a problem with. His clothing made him look like he was 40 y/o and living in his parents basement. It became very obvious that his family can take care of themselves and look alright. Look at his sister. I’m aware he was supposed to be portrayed as a “loser” but he can still take care of himself. On final opinion of the movie, this is just overall. I’m giving this movie a three star because this of the flaws of this movie. This movie is not something i’d watch twice. This movie is not the worst i’ve seen but it’s definitely no were near the best. In my opinion, when it comes to an out of 10 rating. A movie has to be at least a 5 for me personally to watch it again. I give it a 3.75/10 Of course this is just my personal opinion. I’m not liked a payed critic or anything. I’m very opinionated so you don’t need to take this to heart. I intend to shade\harm to anyone in production/creation of this movie.
