An extraordinary commentary on the current political anarchy in India rooted in a deep understanding of environmental conservation that unfortunately failed to finally deliver it's message because of an incomplete, unconvincing, powerless climax.

Anybody telling you this is a good film either has very poor taste in cinema or is deliberately lying. It's a lazy script that picks up a done-to-death cliche to try to deliver a message that it clearly doesn't understand. It's a very poorly made film where Patty and her team clearly took the fanfare of the first film for granted and tried to abuse it. They did not care to understand at all why Wonder Woman 2017 was so loved by so many. If you think about it, it seems like WW84 was deliberately made to contradict the first movie in every possible way and insult it. This film is so aggresively stupid it's just offensive. There are a lot of great reviews of this film by YouTubers (unlike the paid-for shill media reviews) which detail everything wrong with this dumpster fire of a film. Patty Jenkins and everyone else involved with making this should be deeply ashamed of themselves for unleashing this load of garbage on the fandom.

It is an extraordinary musical, no doubt. From acting to cinematography, it may deserve Oscars on many technical points, but for "Best Film"? Not really. The story is a pure cliche - one that has been told over and over again and has gone outdated with the changing times. One that I, personally, could never really buy. The film is beyond over-hyped. For a film that almost got away with the "Best Picture" award, it's nowhere even close.

In the hands of a visionary creative artist like Satyajit Ray himself, this could have been a jewel in the history of Indian cinema. In the hands of his son, Sandip Ray, it is unfortunately only a failed attempt. Sandip's ambitious venture desperately lacks thought, depth and creativity. Subhashish Mukherjee's (Nakur) is the only remarkable thing about it all.
