Powerful performances by the three principals (Keaton, Ryan, Tucci), especially, and some others as well. They bring to light the story of a job NO ONE wanted to do: the appointed Special Master for adjudication of compensation claims to the 9/11 Victims' Fund. It was/is an impossible job to do; and, while hard to watch (have your Kleenex handy), the film helps to put focus on the depth and breadth of human loss which occurred and is still occurring in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attack in the U.S.
