These review smell phony. This flick is a bomb and a sneering slap in the face to generations of Indiana Jones fans and everyone knows it.
I wonder how much these "reviewers" are getting paid to slobber all over about this waste of time.

Great acting, great plot. Unfortunately, it was typical of 60s Hollywood's obsession with demonizing the United States while giving the Soviet Union a sympathetic portayal.
