As a true Star wars fan, it has to be the worst film in the franchise as it tries to destroy the previous 7 films before it by demoting popular characters like Luke and Chewbecca and promoting new characters in the most ridiculous ways. I'm all for something new but in the right way. Also, leave politics out of Star wars. I didn't like it in Phantom menace and I certainly didn't like it here. Finally, I don't think Rhain Johnson had ever seen a Star wars film before making Last jedi as he does things in the like weaponising lightspeed and adding fuel consumption, things that have never been seen in Star wars before and introduce major plot hole throughout the franchise.
