Umanng Mittal

I just finished reading this book out to my little niece and both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. It is such a sweet little story about the author's mother and her pet parrot. About how gifting a baby bird to her aging mother brought so much joy into all their lives. Well illustrated and engaging for the kids, as well as quite touching for the grown ups reading it out to the kids. Pistachio's First Best Friend - wholly recommended!
