I realize that there are a lot of reasons that people are critical of the show, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoy an adventure into the unknown and I was entertained which is why I watch Sci Fi. I don't need to contemplate political relevance like Orville in order to appreciate a show. I really hope they get another season and I think they could fix a lot of the things that people are critical of in the reviews to make it a bit more cohesive while expanding on their universe and theme.
