One of the worst books I’ve ever read. My mother also read the book at the same time and found it incredibly disappointing.
Followed through as I was hoping for the “unexpected twist” to arrive. Still not sure what it is until this day.
Perhaps it’s the unlocked door that apparently no character tried whilst being locked in a building for 24 hours?
The ending could not have been more ridiculous and unrealistic if it tried to be.
Would not recommend. My 5 year old cousin has more imagination.
