The overall plot line of the movie is good, but if you watch it closely enough you notice they used a lot of recycled footage from other shark movies produced by Nu Image. Now to be honest I probably wouldn't this myself if I hadn't just watched a shark movie marathon myself, but I did and I noticed. In the first thirty minutes alone you more than dozen clips from the Shark Attack trilogy, mainly from the second one, Shark Attack 2. I don't know if they did this to save money or what, but it really takes away from the quality of the movie, which is unfortunate because I love the older shark movies from the 90's and early 2000's because they have actual plot lines unlike so many that have been made in recent years, where they don't even try hide the fact that the sharks are crappy CGI's.
