I wanted to love this, but it was a COMPLETE rip-off of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, from 1992–literally almost every scene, nonetheless. Nothing new. Bram Stoker’s version is superior to this mess, though. The acting was laughable, too. Had I known it was a horrible attempt at a remake of that movie, I wouldn’t have wasted money going to the theatre, would’ve just waited the few months for it to come to cable. Was an absolute waste of time.

Stale compared to Hill House. I’m 3 episodes in and it’s like pulling teeth, so ridiculously slow, nothing’s happening...I understand having to build, but it’s like they forgot to keep the viewer invested. I’m giving it to the 5th episode and if it doesn’t grab me, then I’m out because nothing about this season has been...perfectly splendid.
