These are my opinions and I will change this review when they change their practices. simple. Lets start with negatives: -there are so many character bugs that they keep disabling characters for whole weeks. -Story mode wasn't released with "new" game so I'm not sure why they didn't just release the new characters in OW1 which was working fine and had such a better system. (probably so they could try to monetize the insanely overpriced skins $20 - $30). -monetization in whole. Totally fine with monetization for a free game. They are just raking players over the coals right now any way they can. Hopefully they fix this. -Removed some of my favorite maps. -new ranked system is a joke on several levels. It is vague, non rewarding feeling, places people in tiers they should not be in, and overall just worse than the previous SR system. - Removing cards after games. As a Support main healers get little recognition with most games getting dumpstered on all game. Supports will rarely see POTG compared to DVA or Reaper Q. I don't want to see POTG with me healing people. So seeing the cards with the most healing and getting some nice upvotes was a solid feeling "thank you" -Endorsement system is broken half the time. Now on to the good: -I enjoy the 5v5 gameplay. -New maps are pretty nice. -Voice lines are great. -Halloween event was decent (outside of monitization) -Battle pass price is reasonable (though the old system was better for us) -Overall the game has the same feel and charm. It is honestly a good game that the developers (honestly people above the developers) need to rethink how to it right. I know that's vague but there are so many things that need to be fixed and changed. TL;DR: Fix this great game you got and stop being greedy and you have a goldmine and timeless masterpiece. Give us what you promised.
