Cross is a brilliant detective and this series has diminished his character. Too much useless dialog. I don’t have good expectations for a satisfying conclusion. It could have been shortened to four episodes so I would not waste so much of my time.

I only needed one episode to look for another show.

Off to a very bad start. Poor script and predictable newbie confrontations. Terrible blend of original show and new series. A failure to lend credibility to the new series. Writers of U. S. originated series have somehow lost the creative edge on setting the stage for new shows. Why must there be some sort of phony confrontation between parties to see which one will win the I am better than you contest? This show misrepresents the role of the FBI as guests in a country other than the United States. They are assigned to embassies and only assist in investigations. They do not order local law enforcement to assist them. Cancel this show. I do like FBI and FBI Most Wanted and hoped for better on FBI International. Very disappointing.

Remake of silence of the lambs, blacklist, and other similar shows. Why the need to consult with a criminal to solve a crime not related to the criminal?
