I agree with the reviewer who said that she would watch RG “read the phone book.” (Likewise the rest of the cast is equally engaging. Guest criminals/villains are also competent actors.) The series looks old school (90s after all) but feels pretty timeless; even the cyber criminal students breaking bad episode still works. This is a solid police procedural series with flashes of brilliance.

Fantastic character driven study of a performer who's forgotten how to do everything else.Brilliant cast. I never tire of these tales of struggling for redemption.
