Weakest of the NCIS family of shows to include JAG. If you want to be hammered over the head with Hawaii, check out any other show set there, they are guaranteed to be better. If you want bland characters that want to be phony tough and crazy brave with no back story that supports their โcharacter โ I guess you will probably like this. Overall, just boring characters
