Without sounding completely negative the only thing that irritates me is illustrated within today’s episode- Nov 1, 2021. The issue of asbestos abatement was costed out at approx $ 14,000.00. There were other serious costs that all tolled amounted to a huge additional investment. Tell me and I hope others why the asbestos removal and other costs couldn’t be initially set forward as a subject so that some or all could be, at the very least, a shared cost to both parties.
