This is an exceptionally bad movie. It might have worked better as a horror film: Pauly Shore plays what I can only describe as a criminally insane sociopath who squats in an unlikable couple's guest house. The gag that drives the climax of the movie is the exact same as one that occurs in the middle of the film. I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but if you skip to 46:40 you can get enough of a sense of that gag and the movie as a whole to hopefully not watch it, and you will catch the Chris Kattan cameo which is kind of funny. Alycia Cooper as the real estate agent is the only other bright spot. And maybe the fact that it is only 84 minutes.
