I read 'The Languages of Leadership' in two days and can I just say this book is so informative, the minimal jargon has made the book simple and easy to read. The book focuses on helping guide Leaders through the journey of leadership. Giving guidance on reframing leadership styles to engage the right things at the right time, that in turn will add the most value for your leadership journey. Offering words, actions and behaviours that help build strengths in the six leadership languages. The book is plentiful with great quotes that resonate with building your leadership skills. Definitely recommend reading.
