Loud, annoying, hard to watch. I kept trying to like it. So happy I didn’t pay to see it. Over the top icky characters, shouting over each other, trying to be more important than the next guy, all hard to hear over the horrible “music” and background noise. Obnoxious as hell. Sandler fit right in. I’d rather be entertained and enjoy a story without all of the distractions and talking over each other. There are other ways to tell this story that could have held my attention and conveyed the tension of his life and consequences of his choices without making me want to turn off the tv.
