I thought that this film was overacted, contrived and saccharine sweet. I was bored and thought that the performances were more suitable for the stage rather than film. The timeline was irritating and confusing and the whole film was way too long. The pretty visuals were the film’s one redeeming factor. Others absolutely loved the film and the audience clapped in appreciation at the end. I did not like it at all.
