This movie deserves a 2/5. I love the series, but the movie seemed very plain. The books had so much more suspense. My friends and I watched the movie together after reading the books and were very disappointed. I know that they couldn't fit EVERYTHING in, but they left major parts out. Could have done a lot better if they didn't change the entire plot. !!SPOILER ALERT!! In the book, Tris/Beatrice shot herself in the fear landscape. But in the movie, she shot her family. this was a major part because the reason she shot herself in the book is because of her roots and that she is selfless. This part was supposed to show that she was divergent because even though she picked Dauntless (the brave) she was still selfless.

This show is the highlight of my life.

This is one of my top movies to watch. On movie night, I always pick this one with my fiance!
