I watched the broadway version of mean girls and the movie is… MUCH MORE SIMILAR TO THE BROADWAY SHOW THAN THE OG MOVIE. Expect lots of parts missing or changed. I was just disappointed that they cut Damien’s songs which would’ve gave him an amazing spotlight. Also, they removed Karen’s and Gretchen’s verse from the song meet the plastics which disappoints me. Also idk the vibe of the songs just felt off than the original ones from the musical. Overall, the movie was good just felt rushed.
