HOTEL living… more like MOTEL living!!! I moved here to make life easier. This place is run by incompetent and unprofessional personnel with little or no accountability. I never got a tour prior to moving in and asked several times answer was inevitably every time the place isn’t ready. Now, I know why. Move in day I got a 2 min walk through and soon as I was left I found what looked like a 25 yr old oven, a scratched and dented refrigerator, the place was not professionally cleaned by anyone’s means, the parking is awful and unsafe for you and your guests, the list just goes on and on. It definitely isn’t upscale and not worth the high end price of living. Don’t buy a bad good of sales thinking it’s hotel living and it will be chic it’s definitely not. You do get to smell skunk weed daily in the halls and it usually seeps into your place. Beyond any smell you can imagine… as I said SKUNK I’m not only disappointed but disgusted. I’ve tried several times to reach out to management in hopes to correct any of these issues. I did get a newer oven looks about 10 yrs old everything else they never addressed. Not even a call for management once in two weeks. They have no caring or concern what so ever and do nothing to correct or enhance the living experience we’re supposedly sold with the BIG price tag! Hopefully this review helps others not be fooled my the illusion they’re selling you because it’s total BS!
