Marvel's Midnight Suns is a mixed bag of emotions. I can see the frustration that some gamers have especially when they expected a hack n slash game. Overall the combat is well thought out, detailed and complex. This is a tactical turn based card game so don't have your hopes up for a fast action packed game. The game itself isn't that difficult to learn, I enjoyed trying out different card combos or selecting different team mates for missions. There is alot of customization for characters, clothing, and cards upgrades. One negative aspect I found about the game was the world. After completing a mission you're thrown back in the game hub. You can explore the surrounding environment to find hidden loot or you can create relationships with other heros, like a dating Sim but without the romance. You're force to interact with the other heros to upgrade their status by doing redundant things like watching a movie or practicing yoga with blade 😀. Graphics wise the character models seem muddy and lack fine detail.
