Impressive cast but no chemistry between the characters. Zac Efron is like expected, 10y older. Nicole Kidman seems uncomfortable in her role and her looks are definitely too plastic. The daughter plays well but she is too real especially in terms of acting and looks. Story is a typical romcom, not great but can't say bad either. Enjoyable but not great.

The 2 main characters don't really match and don't have much chemistry. That's the main issue. Otherwise simple romcom ok to watch without much expectation.

Story is predictable, humour is quite bad, actors are acting the same way they acted 10y ago. Not recommended unless you have other activities to do at the same time.

Story is weak, acting is not great either. Decent cgi. It feels and is a series B despite the huge budget. If you like video games type of movies and if you like JLo, it can keep you entertained. It is all about her and her only. Many monologs, we see her only 90% of the time. Better give a pass otherwise.

Typical romantic / comedy / touristic movie in Ireland. The cast lacked chemistry. Lindsey Lohan is not the most natural in this kind of role.

If you are not a Frank Herbert or sci-fi fan, you might skip this movie. It is very slow and the story could be confusing if you don't know the book. I do like the books, it has a ridley scott movie vibe like bladerunner, however I can't help feeling it is pretentious. Superb visuals, great cast, beautiful music compositions but shallow direction and out of peace. Though it is a difficult movie to direct, there is no surprise nor rythm. Everything is quite flat and cold without a personal touch. It's only a beautiful graphical work.

Somewhat a pale version ofJohn Wick. Slow, out of rhythm, unoriginal story. David Fincher is disappointing in his direction. The movie starts with a monologue from Fassbender which was too pretentious, uninteresting and way too long. The pace was already lost... The storyline is superficial and derives from a French comics. It was not rendered realistically enough for the movie and ended up simplistic. The cast is good but actors underperformed under the vision of David Fincher. They lacked substance and only appear pretentious. The first movie with Fassbender which was quite bad.

Too linear and simple... Full of action but probably the least interesting film of the series

An interesting manga with too many flaws hidden behind sexy high school girls scenes. The old arc is much more interesting and realistic with a strong story and character development while the new one seems to be added in rush and randomly. Could have been much better with more consistency.

If you like survival mangas like battle royale, you ll like this series. The series has a very manga feel with exaggerations and dramas associated it. If you don't like mangas, it's prob not your cup of tea. Also, the main character'personality is not consistent and doesn't make sense if we consider how irresponsible and selfish he treats his mom and throughout his behavior. However, it's an entertaining series that points well the problem of capitalist societies especially the ones in South Korea and Japan where inequality can be huge.
