Ryan Reynolds performance in 6 Underground was basically his Deadpool character without the costume. Very surprising that they would spend this kind of money (150 million) and then essentially pirate big chunks of the Deadpool character style for this movie. The movie had new advanced stunts and special effects, very impressive but it seemed like way to much. The story was lost for several big chunks of the movie. A shame since the other actors were all very good. Unfortunately whenever the Deadpool humor and character popped up it snapped you out of the movie and instantly make you think of Deadpool which nullified what the the other actors were. The plot was not moving smoothly and seemed excessively disjointed but clearly the biggest let down was the obvious attempt to create a franchise with the writing. Trying to make an entertaining movie is one thing but writing the script to set up a franchise makes that almost impossible.
