Stiff, slow, convoluted. Lacks cadence. Interminable shots (mostly driving and thinking) I guess it takes artistry to take London's short story into a 6 hour, "guess who dunnit" choppy narrative. Very dark production only enhances the looooooooong timing of the scenes. I cannot comment on the acting or the script because I gave up paying attention mid series. But I can say that there was no problem picking up the story later on I guess it is a very long series that could have been done in one third the size, with time to spare
