star-studded - well performed and produced film often mistaken for the movie Chariots of Fire which came out 2 yrs earlier.. though it was.. I believe it to be seriously underrated. It's a period piece that depicts the culture of "The Streets" back in the days of greasers and DA haircuts. Micheal Pare', Amy Madigan, Diane Lane, Rick Moranis as well as Willem Dafoe found a good 'jumping off' point in this piece. All of their careers took off and shot upward from there
