I do enjoy this game but since I returned to the game I've had problems with the eso plus system , I pay the monthly subscription but recently I've been having problems getting the monthly crowns which I understood to be part of the bundle with no feedback from customer support even when I provide sceenshots of the email records, bad customer service is the only reason for the 3 stars , would have been 5 otherwise.
