I went in completely blind when I chose this book. It was free through Amazon Prime and I needed a new book. Read the synopsis and felt like it would be good. It's safe to say I've never been so angry with a book as I was with this. Of course the ending is given away on the 2nd page, but I thought I'd enjoy the lead up. I didn't. I wanted to know more about Finny. I wanted to know more of what happened after the tragedy. The entire story is vague and while my dislike for the main character was great, I still rooted for Autumn and Finny with knowing very little of who Finny is. The ending didn't leave me gutted, it left me angry. So much so that I had to put it down and come back to it later. The story as a whole was a bit weird but I read it with great anticipation to know more and hoping I'd get more answers. I didnt and I just feel empty.
