[Mandatory] Add 3rd person camera with little to no restrictions
[Optional] Add R* level ragdoll & skeleton physics
[Mandatory] Remove 90% perks that are along the lines of: "+X% on *something*"
Keep the theme and the rest.
(P.S. The combat feels a bit like Borderlands...)
