I love the concept of this show. Reminds me of my Industrial Design studio days, where the pressure was high, the emotions were intense, and there were many times where the "top student" did the opposite of the instructions but still scored the highest. It's real life for sure. I appreciate the lack of elimination because I don't believe that represents real competition. And it's so much deeper than that - this show actually hones in on skills and forces professionals to think outside their years of experience. The host reminds me of myself when I taught - strict but caring. He wants every individual to lower their guard and accept feedback (be humble), in order to grow to their best self. I respected Tyrisha and Daniel the most throughout the season. Tyrisha simply because she wasn't focused on the win, but rather the growth and encouraging others as well. Daniel remained humble and continued to listen, and will no doubt grow with his career maturity. And those sculpting skills - muy bueno!!! I didn't respect Melissa and Thiago because they felt their years of experience earned them the right to look down on people and have nasty attitudes. But all in all, this is a wholesome show that families can watch and get excited about together!
