Tthere are times in life where the baggage gets so heavy you don’t even know you’re carrying it. Trauma and triggers from so many sources pile up like leaves in a corner. Unseen but very much there. This book uses emotional attunement to address old memories forgotten but driving the bus. Getting my life back without looping in a pool of past mistake the body, brain struggles to identify or even let go is tough. But the heart can go where the body and mind can't.
