I loved this show in the beginning - bakers baked with their own style and flavors with the spooky twists. Now, they are always having to add these crazy spices that they would never bake with. This is not showing the bakers original style. This is an important piece to this show which has been lost. I also think viewers, who happen to enjoy baking, might like to try some of these things - but not with those crazy additives. It's just a bad idea all the way around. I am sure many will disagree - adding these ingredients test the bakers' skills. Just seems too staged and not original.
