I wish I couldn’t even leave a store If you going on a trip or on vacation, do not use the kiosk in the Greyhound station they are through FlixBus and if they cancel your trip, greyhound would not refund you. They will send you to FlixBus and FlixBus will not try to give you your refund back. They will give you the run around. They say they processing your refund. You would never get your refund, I’m still waiting for my refund after months and they still try to give me a hard time so do not use the kiosk. flixBus and greyhound are a rip off and I will see both of them in court. They will have to give me back more than what I paid for my pain suffering and heartache my heart earn money. You never can speak to a manager or supervisor. The customer service reps always say they the highest person you could talk to, but you can’t get no answers or no further information about what you calling for.
