Wow...... This is probably my third review ever on Google, but this movie was just flat out terrible. The Shyamalan girl was a tremendously terrible actress, and even though she was a decent singer, this movie is pure nepotism at its finest. The entire premise of the TRAP made no sense, since they were using like 2,000 police officers to try to trap this guy. Where did they get them all from? There's so many plot holes it is just ridiculous. And then it jumps right into things like we are supposed to know what's going on, like the head lady that is trying to catch him. It's just a big bag of nonsense. I am surprised that this has anything to do with the Shyamalan name. I'M ALSO SURPRISED IT HOW TERRIBLE IT WAS.

So if you miss the old days of really good unwoke shows, then this one is for you. If you are team breaking bad and better call Saul and game of thrones, and you wonder what happened to TV? Here is the next one......I'm telling you, this is the most fantastic piece of storytelling you could possibly hope for in the past 15 years. It's just amazing from start to finish. Of course I'm only two episodes in, but I'm telling you I don't think it's going to stop being as amazing as it already is..... Prove me wrong on this one. It's so good.

Man....... Just when you'd thought you've heard and seen it all, here comes one of the most bizarre cases of kidnapping ever! The main kidnapping victim is accused of perpetrating a hoax. With the show really is about is the ineptitude of the police department that was investigating the victim rather than trying to find the perpetrator. What a bizarre set of circumstances what a bizarre set of circumstances.

Season one of this period piece about a 1900 era hospital called THE KNICK....... (short for the knickerbocker, which I learned is a term that means New Yorkers) is 5 stars plus! Three acting and storyline didn't slow down and includes everything you could want in a show....... EXCEPT! Season 2 they decided to go ahead and throw that all in the toilet and flush it by making a bunch of stories about individual lives and relationships that has nothing to do with the main theme, which is a death sentence for a serial show like this. We came to watch a story about the doctors at the aptly named hospital, not about a bunch of weird love life relationships by secondary characters. Hence, three stars altogether. But watch season 1 because it's definitely worth it.

I feel like an idiot that this has four seasons and I'm just now learning about it in 2020! I'm disabled and all I do is basically watch TV shows and I can tell you this is definitely up there with the top two or three I've ever seen in my life. The fact that each season is different is a huge bonus and there is definitely not a dull moment in any of the seasons. All in all you would be hugely mistaken to avoid this one. The amount of famous actors in each season is staggering and the acting is phenomenal and well written. The Cohen Brothers strike again!

Short and sweet review.... Aside from the excellent story line, the cinematography and special effects are spot on and the CG makes one feel as if it were actually filmed in the era of post WW1 Brittain. As far as BBC and Netflix is concerned, this original British gangster film is a must see..... And I'm not a big fan of such flicks..... Until now! You won't be disappointed. This Netflix show hits it out of the ballpark and BBC should be proud. Definitely worth your time

The story is excellent although a little jumbled. I actually was excited that this came from Netflix, which is unheard of with something that is only six episodes and has a great storyline of total fantasy / sci-fi! A little political messaging is involved, and that's what made it a plus...... Until the 5th episode when they went full on lgbtq! Damn netflix, you almost made it back into my good graces.
