Great game people don't understand how games are made especially a big game like this. They had to make a story, close to 100 if not over 100 NPC models as well as physics for all the clothes, hair, etc. They also have to code and draw all the art for the billboards etc. Design the entire city and try to not make it laggy as well as make it beautiful and immersive. Ask other game company's to make there own cyberpunk game and make it better and faster, tell them to make it in 4 years.
