Really poor film. A lot of theory and hyperbole unsupported by any evidence. Basically a hit piece on the US and the US military by Panamanian sympathizers. Long on accusations and short on evidence. I was there. This is a fantasy piece bought and paid for by the enemies of the US. Wouldn't be surprised if Russian and Cuban intelligence paid for it.
