This novel is amazing! It is so enticing and it makes your heart beat faster than a race horse! The first 2 chapters had quite a few names and alot of scenery description BUT after the chapters are riddled with mystery. At tinmes making you wonder and theorize and at others leaving you holding your breath. Knowing Frank Peretti's other works I waited awhile before I saw the undertones of the TRUTH and boy was I pleased! This novel is an amazing read with an incredibly valuable moral! I finished This Present Darkness by this blessed and gifted man, Frank E Peretti at 1 in the morning! The day before school I might add! It was so worth every second of my time and it was such an eye opener! The intense moments that have to flipping page after page as the hours just roll by is truly an amazing experience! I recommend it for all Believers especially if you are doing spiritual warfare! It is phenomenal and that aside it really inspires you and invigorates you to pray with passion and in the Spirit! God Bless you Frank Peretti! This is the Second Novel of Yours I have read and I am yet to be disappointed! It is 10/10!

To anyone second guessing themselves about whether or not to read this book DON'T! Just Do It! This novel is worth every minute! It will rock your soul and it is absolutely game-changing.
