Very slow start and unnecessary dialogue and details. Acting was pretty poor and miscast, I didn’t believe any of the characters. Predictable at times. I stuck with it and thought it was improving but then it lost me again. Music was over loud and dialogue was mumbled. Won’t be watching series 2

I loved the idea of exploring cellular memory, but this book falls flat. Lots of unnecessary details that add nothing to the story. Felt like a book of two halves, interesting concept first then a rushed weird crime ending. I was determined to finish it, in the hope that the ending would pull it all together and surprise me. It didn’t.
