Very sweet. Good casting. Songs weren’t memorable though.

Most of it is shot in the dark. Gets old real fast.

Some liberties were taken to give Poirot a back story and to humanize him throughout. A mistake. Kenneth Branagh did not portray Poirot’s quirks and eccentricities. Some of the dialogue from various actors required subtitles. Some characters were rewritten to accommodate diversity checkboxes. The scenery was beautiful.

Poor story, cinematography, audio, etc. Dreary and shabby. Actors mumbled their garbled script throughout. No suspenseful buildup, very little input or mocking from the demons, priest got the worst of it even though he had only peripheral and momentary involvement. Basically a vehicle for a few special effects and makeup. What a sorry mess.
