Will update once I can cross reference some of the plants commonly found in the Pacific north west with a few other sources I have on hand.
I've read several reviews both good and some terrible.
In regards to shipping, I ordered my book from a the Tic Tok shop last week and it arrived as hoped for. But watch out, I've noticed a few copies online that look identical but different authors. Even the back is slightly different but almost identical art and design. Watch out for scammers when ordering such popular content.
First look and the pictures are in color and has a lot of details on safety and uses. Including consumer information and medical advice. There are some errors but so far it seems like a decent source of knowledge pertaining to natural remedies and plants. Now the disclaimer does state it's not FDA approved and should be tried with caution, if at all. But considering real world medicine is made from natural resources I wouldn't doubt a lot of these facts are true yet discouraged since medical practices will lose revenue if more people chose natural healing over conventional medicine.
