As a new ESL teacher, I have found this book to be both enlightening and empowering. The organic and progressive nature of this approach to teaching demonstrates that a teacher can teach any learner, anywhere and between all cultures. With this approach, there are no barriers to teaching at any level and to any age. The context of Dogme teaching is within us and the student, therefore the classroom is what we each bring to the lesson. The book is thoughtful and inspiring and will continue to motivate me to continue and evolve as a teacher.
