Mild spoilers. This movie was just bad. I completely understood the plot. How could you not? It explained the entire thing at the end. First of all, that's not how Satanism works. Secondly, using Satanism in a horror movie is cliché and makes the entire movie feel stupid. Thirdly, not scary in the slightest. Coraline is scarier than this. The whole theater laughed at some of the "scary" parts. The only people this is scary for are super religious ignorant people. Also, I did like Lee throughout the movie, but the end ruined her. She made the dumbest decision and let that family be killed for no good reason. I gave it two stars because the cinematography was amazing.
