I wish Millie had raw acting like she used to have, This one though started well, flawed flow and ended so badly.... Like what the hell she had full makeup all along the movie, immaculate lipstick which did not burn... eyeliner intact. Her body language and demeanour was hilarious. Like I was shocked how I even watched this movie. CGI was cheap. It was a time waste. What the hell is Angela Bassett doing in this movie? Sad .... sad waste of time

I wanted to give 2 or 3 stars but it was so boring, No Freshness and the chemistry was not there. I thought they could have added Win as bride hahahha ... It would have been awesome.... It's not Im fanatic about the gay theme, I'm not that fixtated but the chemistry was not there, I felt Davika would have slayed the role. Suddenly everything was so old.... Theme, feelers, chemistry .... I was disappointed. Bright doing different is great.. But This one was No for me

I have never watched a drama where there is no romance and agony, But this one touched me so hard that I finished 12 episodes within 2 days. I enjoyed it so much. I never skipped and every story touched me. If you are just skipping on this gem, You are missing a lot, my friends. This has to be one of the most unique storylines and I bet you will be hooked. Watch this with your family or alone but you will feel the warmth, chill, sadness, tears and every emotion possible. Casting is great and performance is the king out here. Loved it waiting for part 2.

I don't if I should rate it 4 or 3, After some thoughts, I went with 4 stars. This movie can be as dark as it can go, Through Mother's eyes, it can be very heartbreaking, For many very disturbing and though they have not gone through graphics, Thank God for that ... I cannot even bear watching Child abuse, The makers were sensible and they did not go that far. But for me, it was disturbing and dark. The story unfolds through a mother's eyes who have lost her child and it can be a bit confusing but nothing grave, you will pick it up soon. It's not a fast or engaging story, But you will not fall out too. If you have watched Forgotten A Korean movie, You will get to know that somewhere along the plot unfolds in that kind of way, I never knew it but when I did, I was surprised how I did not see it. The acting is amazing. Everyone did their job well. For me, I watched this and felt some kind of dull pain... The movie is not gripping and does not boast of being gripping, It moves alongside the protagonist and walks as she moves... sees as she sees and when she ends.... It kind of goes her way ....

OMG!!! If you have not seen this, I say do, Never have I been so excited to review this and recommend to my fellow drama mates. This is a very special drama which has no extra drama in it. it is raw, its there and you feel its simplicity yet powerful effect. Performance, emotions are perfect. Casting is perfect. There must be many kings and politics drama but the women in King's Harem and Empress and their mind game and ruthlessness is shockingly chilling. Those colours used, that beautiful apparel. I was blown over by it. and just 6 episodes. I thought it should have been more. 10/10 ... DON'T MISS IT

This may be my most bittersweet drama of Zanella Zhao, I was confused should I rate 3 or 4, But, After taking some time I decided 3 was the best rating. The chemistry between the Lead couple was explosive and beautiful. They fought, screamed, shouted and then made up and was sweet and cute and then back to square one, screamed shouted and was tornado met volcano. Maybe, Zanella was the first feminist of those eras, She was true Feminist and very ambitious in a naive kind of way at the beginning and some in the middle and tinge in the end too. Her way of dealing with her situation may be hard to watch sometimes, too much cockiness, too much kindness, too much mercy, too much gullibleness and too much naivety. Her progress was way quicker. There was a little bit of everything and a big mess. Like Korean drama Jewel in the palace, The drama and character being was so precise. This one was a big mess. The male lead was very cute and good in some way, Though he could not act to save his life, He felt like as if reciting his character not living it. The second lead couple was good. {Gpd bless his soul} This drama had so much twist and turns that they did not give viewers to relax and savour. Only saving grace was Zanella's fresh face beauty, acting and chemistry with the lead guy. I could see she was born to rule, Her performance was slowly getting better and better.

Just for zanella Zhao, I wanted to watch this movie, I regretted even before I started to watch this, I knew from summary she was portrayed as a grey character, I knew it has some sexual scene, I knew that it was a risky business, But I ventured coz, I was curious. and as true to nature curiosity killed the cat, Other than Hot chemistry between Zanella and Peer Zhu, It had nothing. No storyline, Loads of flashback that too so much distorted, I could not grasp what it was. Weak Female Lead, Weak storyline. Only My Queen Zanella performance shined. Seeing her so unrestrained and wild was bittersweet. I say if you are fan of this female actress then please don't watch. The awkward adult scene, that stupid flashback and dunno what was weird. I wish this was never made but then it inspired so many palace romance drama like Scarlet heart.

If you want bored of drama and gore.... like you want something different, This is it.... Totally value of time and upliftment of mood. Urassaya Sperbund is fabbbbbbbbb as always, Her dialogue delivery be it in thai or English is superb, On the point. Its Nat the ML of this movie who surprised me with his awesome performance, everything from his subtle comedy to emotion was superb. I really loved this movie and I can see why critics loved it too. I really wish Yaya play this kind of role and try roles on an international level. She is perfection. 10\8 I give ..... It's truly a family treat.

A very poignant story that touches your every pore, Well it did touch mine, So, I can vouch it was such an awesome movie. It has lessons and it has mistakes, it has rebounds and it has endings that are far more practical than any ending I've ever seen. It has Love and stories, It has meanness yet kindness, It has loneliness yet courage. It is this kind of movie that makes watching one a lesson well learned. Perfect performance, Perfect story.
