I do think it was a very good story line but wasn’t convincing at all.
The staff swearing and shouting in an open kitchen just would not be tolerated in any decent restaurant, neither would staff drinking and smoking on duty.
Also the way orders were taken and the way wine was served without coolers was unprofessional if they were trying to show a real life restaurant.
I’ve managed bars and hotels and this would never happen.
Didn’t convince me I’m afraid and I almost turned it off half way through I was that frustrated and bored
