This book turned me into a book lover. I never really had the patience for reading books but my best friend heavily recommended I read it. I openly accepted the book but was, at first a little reluctant to start it as I never thought I was a strong and attentive reader. After the first few chapters, I couldn’t stop, the book was fine flowing, captivating, interesting, arousing, shocking, beautiful, sad, poetic, terrifying, gorgeous. The twists made the book more than just a romance story, all of them intertwined and connected the story like dots on a cork board. The only book I’ve finished in my life was in high school over the span of 6 reluctant long months of having to finish it for an assignment. In that English class, I felt genuine disgust for reading and confusion at people who enjoyed it. With that being said, I finished the book in the span of a couple days, my eyes plastered on the pages for hours upon hours each day, passing by each chapter, antsy to get the the next. The book shows perspective from both Ava and Alex's perspective so anyone can enjoy it, do yourself a favour, enjoy this book.
