It's a good book but you have to season it correctly i recommend a bit of salt and pepper if you get it wrong then it just tastes dry. It also gave a slight hint of paper in the taste I also recommend putting some tomato sauce on it so it's not so dry great food though but it is an Entree not a main course. The best way to cook it is probrably to fry it deep fry it in a ton of oil until it is nice and Krispy, then put the seasoning on. Keep up the great work big shuano. yummy.
